As usual, we contacted our winner via email to inform her of her good fortune and to ask her a few questions about herself and what she thinks about being the lucky winner. Here’s what she had to say:

(A) I've taken lessons to play piano and guitar but am not very good at either. |

(A) A Librarian. |
(Q) Is there anything else you'd like to say?
(A)My husband has been playing guitar for 36 years. He was playing a lot when I met him. He lost that guitar in a car wreck. We married, attended college, and went to work. Early on there was little money to buy a new guitar and there has always seemed to be little time for him to play. He does have a 12 string acoustic. He plays 6 string and 12 string guitar, banjo, and piano. He also composes. I entered this contest hoping to win a guitar for him. He was excited when I told him I'd won a guitar for him! He asked what kind and I told him a Kramer Focus. He said, "That's a good one!" |
