Contest Rules

Winner Notification:
All winners are picked at random and will be notified via e-mail within 5 business days of the prize drawing.
Winners will be required to respond by e-mail to establish a claim for any prize won. If no response is obtained from the winning contestant by the end of the 3rd business day following the drawing, all rights to claim a prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
You may enter the contest more than once but not within a 24 hour period. "All decisions are final."

Limits of Liability:
MusicYo cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable shipment of prizes. In a case where shipment becomes undeliverable we reserve the right to reclaim the merchandise as property of MusicYo.com.
If a specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Winner Responsibilities: Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes and for the reporting and payment of any liabilities incurred.

Change to Rules: Official Contest Rules are subject to change monthly. We reserve the right to terminate any contest without prior notice. For a copy of official sweepstakes rules, feel free to print this page.

Entries must be received no later than June 15, 2008. MusicYo employees or promotional partners are not eligible for entry. All entries become property of MusicYo.com. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited by law.
