Do you need to return an item?
There's no need to wait for us - simply fill out the Request for Return
Authorization form. Our RMA system will handle the rest and we will contact you.
Forgot or need to change your
password? Can't log in?
Just visit the Yo Password page; the system will email your password to you. You can also change your password from this page.
Do you need to know the status of your order?
Our warehouse ships orders every business day. If you place your order after noon, PST, it will ship the next business day. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to track it from your MusicYo.com account! Just login, look at your order history, and click on the track button (if available) beside the order number.
